West Coast Estates was established in 1991 when we purchased our first portfolio of properties in Glasgow. Since then, our constantly expanding portfolio has focused primarily on Aberdeen and London, although we deal with properties across the country. Today we invest in all sectors: industrial, retail, office and residential.
Projects range in size from £200k to £5million.

It’s evident in everything we do. Previously, we ran a retail multiple with over 50 locations throughout the UK, experiencing life as a tenant on the sharp end. Today, we try to improve the buildings in our portfolio by anticipating the future needs of tenants and owners, taking thoughtful, practical steps that also boost each property’s value.
