LETTING
Following the completion of refurbishment work at Broadfold Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, the letting of Unit A, comprising a mixture of offices and warehouse totalling 25,000 sq ft, to national retailer Logo has been agreed on a new 15 year lease.

Acquisition of 55,000 sq ft industrial site at Broadfold Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. The 2.5 acre site comprises a mixture of office, industrial and yard space and will be offered for lease after completion of a major redevelopment programme.
