Office building at Golden Square, Aberdeen acquired in a Joint Venture deal. Located in the city centre the 8,000 sq ft office building is currently fully let to WS Atkins (Services) Ltd.

Jesmond Drive, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen neighbourhood shopping centre has been acquired in a Joint Venture deal. The centre comprises of 6 fully let retail units totalling 7,000 sqft. The centre is immediately adjacent to ASDA food store.

6,500sqft warehouse and office facility in St Clement Street, Aberdeen has been let to Oceanteam Power and Umbilical Limited on a 10 year lease.

Retail premises at West High Street, Inverurie have been acquired and will be offered for lease following a refurbishment programme.

A further letting has been secured at Broadfold Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. Units B & C comprising of offices and warehouse totalling 14,000 sq ft along with ancillary yard space to BIS Salamis on a 10 year FRI lease.
