LETTING

Properties at 97-99 Rosemount Place and 2a Eden Place, Aberdeen, were signifcantly upgraded through a joint venture. The 4,500sqft site was completed in October 2010 and pre-let to Sainsbury's. The property is held in portfolio.

CHARITY EVENT
West Coast Estates jointly sponsored a football tournament with Wood Group to raise money in response to the recent Haiti earthquake. The tournament took place during March at the Aberdeen Sports village and raised £2500 for the appeal.

West Coast Estates has let a two acre site at 1 Minto Drive, Altens - comprising of a 20,346 sq ft warehouse facility, office, yard and dedicated parking – in a deal worth £160,000 per annum to DPD, a subsidiary of Geopost UK, who are wholly owned by the second largest postal operator in Europe, La Poste.
