We were invited to embark on a joint venture with the existing owner, trouble-shooting diverse problems. We submitted a substantially revised planning application for an additional 10 units, while obtaining a full suite of reports for due diligence. This warehouse plus surrounding area is now ready for a developer, with full planning permission gained for a 30 unit development with underground parking.
Student Accommodation, Aberdeen
Aimed at the student market we have several flats for rental held in our portfolio. Comprising a mixture of 1 and 2 bedrooms and situated between Aberdeen city centre and Aberdeen University.

We acquired this 3 storey property in Old Aberdeen and successfully obtained change of use from a Surgery to residential use and obtained full planning permission for redevelopment into 4 flats.
