West Coast Estates acquired 46 Virginia Street, Aberdeen, securing a new long-term future for the former Grampian House building.

The property has been let to Fastned and will provide 12 weather-protected ultra-rapid charging bays within the existing building.

The scheme combines the reuse of an established city property with new electric vehicle infrastructure, including solar panels and a convenient drive-through layout.
