It’s important to us that we add value to the communities where our developments are based.

This value comes in different forms, from attracting investment and driving economic development to job creation in the construction and operational stages — using local contractors as often where we can. Importantly too, from alternative sources of power to repurposing brownfield sites, environmental considerations are front of mind for each and every project, above and beyond our legislative obligations.
