As we enter 2026, we look back with pride on the significant progress made across our growing portfolio throughout 2025. From repurposing city centre buildings to unlocking potential in brownfield sites, we stayed true to our purpose delivering high-quality, sustainable developments that create lasting value for communities, occupiers, and investors.

Here’s a look at where we made an impact last year and what’s ahead:

Virginia Street, Aberdeen

🚗⚡ Planning Approved for the UK’s first indoor ultra-rapid EV charging hub, in partnership with Fastned.

This innovative redevelopment of Grampian House will deliver 12 weather-protected 400kW bays, solar panels, and a smart, sustainable asset for the city. It’s a flagship example of how we transform existing buildings into future ready infrastructure backed by a strong business case and clear community benefits.

Kingswells, Aberdeen

Located along the busy A944 corridor, adjacent to Prime Four and AWPR, Kingswells is fast becoming a roadside destination of choice.

We’re excited to be in discussions with leading retailers for this prominent site, which benefits from strong commuter flows, excellent employment catchment and growing residential neighbourhoods like Countesswells.

Woodside Road, Aberdeen

📋 Planning Application Submitted following strong public support.

This 8-acre brownfield site one of 65 derelict plots identified across the city has been split into two distinct areas. The northern 3-acre plot will be developed by Keepsafe Self Storage, while our southern area is set to be transformed into a vibrant destination combining Lidl, Fastned ultra-fast charging, Drive-Thru and local job creation.

With 90 new roles and £10m investment on the table, we’re committed to delivering a place where people can Shop. Meet. Recharge.

Ellon

📋 New planning application submitted for a Starbucks drive-thru at Castle Road (A920) / Balmacassie Brae.

In response to strong local demand for high quality roadside amenity, we’re excited to be working with EG on the Move to deliver a Starbucks drive-thru. The site already benefits from planning consent for a restaurant, and this revised proposal delivers a comparable development that better meets modern customer requirements. Located within the Balmacassie Estate, the scheme complements existing retail and employment uses, supporting continued growth and choice for the wider Ellon community.

North Kessock, Highlands

⚡ Fastned confirmed as anchor tenant bringing their award-winning ultra-rapid EV network to the Highlands for the first time.

This will be their most northerly site in the UK, ideally positioned for both local residents and visitors travelling the popular NC500. Planning for layout revisions has been submitted, and opportunities remain for additional occupiers at this exciting location.

Broxden, Perth

📍 Strategic EV and roadside hub with planning in place.

This is going to be another fantastic location for Fastned, who have just lodged their planning application for 16 ultra fast charging bays. Positioned right off the Broxden Roundabout at one of Scotland’s busiest interchanges, there’s still one serviced site available with planning in place.

St Andrews

✅ Planning approved under delegated powers in December.

This substantial greenfield site offers fantastic opportunities for occupiers across a diverse range of uses – office, restaurant, retail and industrial units. Perfectly positioned to serve St Andrews’ year round population and strong seasonal tourism demand, the site presents flexible options for sale, lease, or development partnerships.

We’ll be appointing agents shortly and look forward to bringing forward plots throughout 2026. Get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.

Linnorie, Huntly

🔧 Progressing well with retailers and contractors on board.

Work continues behind the scenes at this strategic location on the A96, with strong progress being made on design and delivery timelines. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as we move into construction phase in 2026.
